His 10.95 personal best in the 100m made him punish other teams defense giving him an average of 9.7 yards per carry last year and a 287 yard rushing game playing for Almonte High School. Jeff had the opportunity to try out for Team Canada and gained lots of experience during the training camp. In 2001 Jeff's team appeared in the All Star game where he ran a 30 yard touchtown to win the game, and he also received the game ball in the Regional Bowl after rushing 200 yards. Jeff's primary postion is running back but he also played defense and special teams with a 47 yard average punt return, and 16 interceptions on defense.
