| Jamie is a well balanced student athlete who is able to manage his time between academics and his golf commitments extremely well. His main objective is to obtain a degree in business finance or accounting from a respected university commencing in Fall 2010 He wants to advance his golf career and play at the highest level possible while receiving a quality education. In 2009 Jaime had some impressive results at the NSGA Junior Provincial Championships shooting rounds of 79,79,81,79 finishing 8th place in the juvenile division and 5th place at the NS provincial midget championships shooting a 79, and 75. He has came 3rd at the Chester Invitational with a round of 75 and shot 81, 79 at the CJGA Euro Cup Qualifier. Jamie's coach David Perry director of golf at the Ashburn golf club describes Jamie as " a true gentleman on and off the golf course. His ball striking ability, tempo, poise and maturity on the course will make his transition from junior golf to collegiate golf a smooth process. He epitomizes what a coach and program who look for in a student athlete and teammate". Jamie has obtained a 3.9 GPA which has earned him honor role status throughout high school.
