| Stephen is a talented and aggressive right handed golfer who currently holds a 2 handicap and is expected to shave a few strokes within the next year. He plans to pursue a degree in sports management or journalism in the Fall 2010 that matches a competitive golf program with high academic standards. Stephen consistently drives the ball 275 -300 yards which gives him an opportunity to birdie the longer holes. In 2009 he had many successful events including 1st at Silver Lakes shooting 76, 2nd at Settlers Ghost with a 74, and 4th at Harbour view scoring a 77 all on the bags tour. Stephen also had some impressive results on the Pepsi tour coming 3rd at Couchaching with a 75, 5th at South Musoka with a 79, and 3rd at Blue Mountain shooting an 80. Stephen's coach for 6 months Murray St. Onge, is ranked as one of the top 60 coaches in the world (by the World Golf Teachers Federation) and has taught 3 provincial champions,the #1 ranked female junior in Canada, and the current top 10 ranked NCAA female player describes Stephen. " Stephen is very strong fundamentally who is an extremely long and powerful hitter who will be an asset to any collegiate golf program". Stephen is currently a senior in high school where he obtains a 2.8 GPA and is writing his SAT test in November.
