| Elliott wants to persue a degree in business at a US college or university in the Fall 2009. His natural ability and dedication to the game have given him some great results over the past few years. He has shown great consistency the last two years shooting all his rounds in the 70's with over 40 tournaments played. In 2006 Elliott played 3 events on the New York State tour finishing first at Grand Niagara Golf Course with a 74, and a 3rd place finish at International Golf and Country Club with a 75, and at Beechwood Golf and Country Club with a 76. He also had several 1st place finishes on the Niagara District Golf Tour at Twenty Valley Golf and Country Club with around of 72, Fort Erie shooting a 72, and shot 72 at Whirpool Golf Course.In 2008, Elliott finsihed1st at several events including the W.J Reynolds Memorial Tournament at St.Catherines Golf and Country Club with rounds of 73 and 71, E.L Crosby high school invitational at the Royal Niagara Golf Course shooting a 71, and winning the St Catherines Junior Match Play with rounds of 73,73,72,74, and 71. Coach John White CPGA professional who has coached Elliott over the last 3 years describes him as a " consistent player who has progressed in his game and has the potential to be a very good player. Elliott has the ability to play well under pressure and would be a great asset to college golf program. Elliott scored 870 ( math and reading ) on his SAT test and is projected to score 1000 when he writes again in March. He is currently cleared through the NCAA clearinghouse and will graduate in the top 50% of his class this year.
