| Toba is a well rounded student athlete who excels both academically and athletically. His main objective is to obtain a degree in pre medicine or sciences from a respected university commencing in Fall 2009. He wants to advance his soccer career and play at the highest level possible while receiving a quality education. Toba has all the attributes to be a top goalkeeper at a US college or university. His physical strength, jumping ability and judgment are valued qualities in order to deal with aerial balls and agility, quick reactions and good positional sense are all needed for shot stopping. Toba is currently playing for the U 18 Woodbridge Strikers who have been an elite team in the province for many years winning the 2006 indoor and outdoor Ontario Cup and several showcase and provincial tournaments. Coach Tony LaRegina describes Toba the number one goalkeeper in Ontario at the under 16, 17 and 18 level. We have always been in the top 4 teams in Ontario winning the Ontario Cup Indoor and Outdoor in 2006. In the 2006 Ontario Cup finals Toba not only got the shutout but also scored the golden goal when I moved him to the striker position for the overtime. Toba scored in the first two minutes of the overtime period – truly a great athlete. Toba has been a very important part of our team. He has always been my top goalie and we have always had the lowest goals against in our league. Toba always comes up with the one or two key saves during each game. Toba has also demonstrated strong leadership skills, he is always directing the boys from the back, giving his defenders and midfielders the positive reinforcement that they need throughout the course of the game especially when we are down by a goal, which rarely happens with Toba in net. Toba also puts extreme pressure on himself to perform at the top levels on a continuous basis, game in and game out. He is a strong and effective team player who would be an asset to any collegiate team. I strongly recommend Toba Bolaji". There is no question that he will become very successful in any activities he undertakes. In addition to his athletic achievements, Toba has many academic accomplishments. He has been an honor roll student throughout high school and has won numerous awards in science, math, and music.
